After Easter egg hunting yesterday, my daughter came home and gave me a pink bulb she found on the ground at the botanical garden. She told me it must have fallen off its stem. We don’t know its proper floral name. A perfectly beautiful pink bulb is now blooming in the water.
Your daughter’s knack for finding treasures is perfectly aligned with your signature sense of style. Yay for pretty flowers and sweet little girls!
Thank you Diane for noticing. Today the flower had to go because it has had its lifespan in the water for more than a week. By the way my daughter said you are a “pretty lady”. She likes blondes because she is a brunette.
Lovely, it looks like a painting. How sweet of your daughter to rescue that bloom for you!
Thank you Amy. I don’t have a green thumb so I really treasure these little things.
Thank you Amy. It is still bloomin today in the water.
Hi Hanh! What a sweet story! I am surprised it still bloomed! It looks like you made the bloom feel right at home with your pretty display.
Hello Maria, yes it is still blomming today!
Thank you Maria. I don’t have a green thumb so I treasure these little things. The flower is still blooming.
What a lovely story! It is so precious that she rescued that bulb and took it to you. Yet it is surprising that it bloomed!
Thank you Debra for reading this little story. Well I just checked and the bulb that bloomed is finally over with it’s lifespan. It lasted a week in the water.
