I’m a H U G E fan of DIY. And when I told my husband I wanted to update the “formal dining” area I knew our budget wouldn’t go far if we bought the pieces I wanted from the store… So what did we do? We DIY’d the whole thing from the table & the pendant light. ( I also made a plate collage on the wall from clearance home goods plates and made a large 4.5ftx3ft mirror to go on the walls) Got some used dining chairs from a co worker, and shopped at home goods for the decor.
The pictures above show the dining room in its “”in progress” stage. Today it’s a little more finished… I’ll share its current look soon!
