The house has finally sold

Our home has finally sold.  Now to get moved to the new house and start making it a home!!  It will be a challenge as I donโ€™t feel like I have much decorating ability since Iโ€™ve spend my career as a systems analyst and not spent too much time worrying about having the perfectly decorated home.  I look forward to trying though and as long as I love my home thatโ€™s all that is important. No pulls on the drawers yet but this is the beginning of my sewing/craft space.   Not sure what color to paint but I’ve got more than a month to decide on that.

How marvelous for you! I find pinning pictures of rooms or details I like helps me get a sense of what my style should be and gives me ideas for when I start making decisions.
Of course, there are many helpful neighbours in this neighbourhood who share great pictures of their homes and ideas. It should be a great journey for you! ๐Ÿ™‚
