We have shutters on our house! We ended up staining them – but went with a dark gray.

We’ll probably work on the steps next. We plan to expand and widen them, but I haven’t completely decided what we’ll use as far as material. And I need to choose a front door color – any ideas?? 🙂

Wow what an improvement! It looks great 🙂 The dark grey is really pretty. I can see both pavers with a hint of grey tone in them OR dark slate on the steps. Can’t wait to see the new door!
Thanks! I love the look of pavers – just need to talk the hubs out of pouring plain ol’ concrete first. He works in concrete industry so it’s hard to get him away from that. Although he claims we could stamp it and color it any way we like. Slate would be pretty too! 🙂
