I recently shared this simple DIY on my blog, and I thought some of you might enjoy it here too. I used antique bottles my husband brought home and tied them with twine to create a little hanging bud vase trio next to the kitchen sink.
Our kitchen is far from βprettyβ but a cute, little touch like this makes me smile when Iβm cooking or doing the dishes. You can read how I did it here (it was incredibly simple to do): http://www.rusticandwoven.com/2015/05/24/antique-bottle-hanging-bud-vase/
I love hanging vases, but haven’t been really learning how to hang them and was a bit weary of the process, but now you inspire me to learn. Love your decor.
Thank you Hanh! π
Cute idea! I like how yours turned out. I’m enjoying your blog now regularly. You have a beautiful home. π
Thank you so much Bren! I’m glad you’re enjoying it – I’m having a lot of fun with it too. π
I can’t wait to see your new sofa!
That makes two of us!!
I love this so much Tonya! Flowers really lift the spirit in a home. I have hung a mason jar similar to this right outside my back door. (The way I usually go inside after work) No matter how hard the day was, it ALWAYS makes me smile to see my flowers.
Thank you, Nila. Flowers really do brighten any space, don’t they? π
Great idea. Thank you.
