I chose to declutter the window sill in my sunroom/study; it about 18 inches deep, and there are cabinets underneath. I keep my stereo there, as well as my CDs. On either side of the windows there are book shelves that also need reorganizing. But today, I just cleared the surface of the sill, put away all the stray CDs and LPs, it’s really a catch-all, as I walk in or out of that room, I will deposit there whatever I’m holding! It took me the time of one side of an LP—John Denver and his sweet voice were there to encourage me. I could do more but I’m going to stop there, and it already looks a lot better. There is the doll house in front, that my granddaughters love to play with. Please understand that I’ve just decluttered, not beautified yet!
