Master bath for two

The old master bath was cut up into small pieces and only had one sink…even though there was plenty of counter space.  We wanted to open it up and make it feel larger without actually adding any square footage.  We decided to demolish the wall between the shower and toilet and add glass instead.  This allowed us to make a larger shower stall as well.

By using the accent mosaic horizontally, your eye is drawn side to side, to make it appear larger.  The floor tiles flow right up the wall as well.

We added the mosaic tile to frame the mirror and even though there is only one sink, there are two faucets.  The hanging glass pendants are like jewelry in the space!

Thanks for sharing. Awesome makeover. Your bathroom looks so much bigger. Clever sink for small countertop.

This is so what I want to do to my bathroom. Thank you so much for the visuals! I would have never thought to put in two faucets over a larger sink. Your layout is almost identical to mine so I know I can make this work.

I love how you continued the mosaic past the shower enclosure over the toilet area. Definitely makes your shower look bigger than it is. Great ideas!
